It's the Weekend....

yeah! As much as I like my job, I love my weekends more. I love spending time with my boys and seeing the adventures they will bring to my day. And believe me there are always adventures. Our dilemma at home right now is that Brayden is older and has a little bit more lead way in that he is allowed to ride his bike up to his friends house, which leaves Logan home alone. Most days he is very good about staying in the driveway riding his own bike or playing in the sandbox. Last night while I was cooking dinner Logan came in the house with a sad look on his face and I said what is the matter buddy, he says " Bray doesn't love me anymore, he went to go play with his friends " :(

But he was over that in about ten minutes when Brayden came back because his friend went in to eat dinner LOL. It just amazes me still the words that come out of kids mouths.

It is suppose to be absolutely gorgeous today - mid 70's and comfortable,but it looks like it is the calm before the heat comes back next week - lucky us. I should have made today my random day off and just gone to the park with a packed lunch and a blanket and the boys and just sit under the big oak tree - oh wouldn't that be the life, if you could do that everyday.

I hope everyone has a great weekend and is able to spend time with family and friends - that is after all what weekends/life is about.
