ugh - the time change got us. we woke up this morning and I had forgotten the time had changed. For some reason I thought it changed tonight - anyway, going about the morning getting ready for church when I looked at Steve's phone - his time said one thing, the microwave said another and I was like What time is it? Crazy isn't , grown adults not knowing what time it was - so we missed church - instead went to the church of laundy.
just ruined my day - this whole time change. anyway. Friday night we had the fish fry at mom's - thankfully I had my fryer because our chefs forgot theirs or lost their cord to their fryers - and after Sean was done cooking it looked like a bomb went off - just the way dad use to cook - it was good though and you could feel your arteries clogging as you ate - Logan loved it - he chowed down. He is my child who will eat anything.
Saturday we went to Brayden's soccer game and then Steve, Brayden, my mom and I went and volunteered at Isaiah Project - it was raining and cold but there were a lot of people in line to get help - so it was a great day and I love to be able to have Brayden realize how lucky he really is. It is nice to be able to help out the community - and then today, today was our day of cleaning out the old winter stuff and bringing in the summer/spring items - at least clothes wise for the boys. Of course, mommy has to do that for some reason men can't handle that concept of taking out the old clothes and just putting them in a bin and marking it - oh no, that is a woman's job :)...
Didn't make it to mom's tonight - Logan is taking a late nap and we have just hung out today - the four of us playing Wii and cleaning and just one of those days - it's been great!
