It was an exciting game last night wasn't it - gotta love Jay Bruce. It is great to see something good happen here in Cincinnati - you know. It brings me back to when they won back in 1990. I remember watching the games with dad and he getting all excited. When they won, he allowed us to skip school that day to go downtown to watch the parade and go to the fountain square. And I remember him saying you don't get to see this every often - and it has been a long time coming hasn't it. Wouldn't it be exciting if they won the World Series - how awesome would that be.
Just brought back a lot of memories - makes me miss dad :( - He would be loving this.
Going to be a cold night out on the volleyball court tonight - still have a tournament to play - it will be COLD! And our indoor started too, but we are having to miss those for the first couple of weeks because of outdoor - but loving it!
