And so he joined.....

the cub scouts. Brayden is a "wolf"... now for most people this is an okay thing for boys to join the cub scouts to have that bonding experience with their dad. For us, it is funny. And not in a bad way. But Steve - he is far from the camping type, far from the building fires, shooting bows/arrows, building the Pinewood Derby, but what Steve doesn't know he will enjoy his time with Brayden because Brayden is way beyond excited. I think it is more because he gets to play with his friends and do "cool" things. Good thing Brayden has two uncles that were in the scouts. - I guess we will be calling them :) LOL......

Another beautiful morning. The sunrises' have been so beautiful, bright oranges and the sun has been so big - can still fall trying to creep in... this weekend is suppose to be cooler and then it is going back up to the 90's. No wonder everyone is getting so sick. Can you believe it is September already - where did the summer go - it is CRAZY how fast it goes by. Just think only 3 more months until Christmas!!!!!!!

Today is picture day at school - Brayden had me spiked his hair up because he said it was cool. Maybe it is just me and my child, but the age of 7 is killing me - it is taking the best of me. I thought the tantrums ended when they were about 4 - Ha!  They seem to get worse. I know it is Brayden trying to find his independence and wanting to do everything on his own but these tantrums he throws I just don't get it. And I have no clue how to stop them or deter them. They don't happen every day, mainly when he is tired. And it is the stomping of the feet and throwing whatever is near to him and I know I NEVER did anything like that - we were all perfect children for mom and dad :) Hee, Hee, hee......

Just riding the wave of a 7 year old and a 2 year old - it is tantrum city in our house LOL......

Happy Hump Day! May the next two days go quickly so we can enjoy a nice long weekend!

Miss and love you dad,

Much love to all.
