Getting old....

stinks, really stinks. I hurt my knee last night playing volleyball - I am hoping I did not tear ACL. And of course it is my other knee not the one I already torn and had surgery on - goodness just something else.

Assuming something - we all do it. We just assume something is a certain way, or people are certain ways - it goes hand in hand with judging others which God tells us not to do. Assuming usually makes you look like an ass :).... it can also deter you from great friendships and having great people in your life because of assumptions you may make.

"Make no assumptions before looking at the evidence."

We were just talking about this last night at volleyball and it is still on my mind this morning - sorry for the tangent.
