the pond is no more. What took dad years to make, took Sean and I basically by ourselves until helped arrived 3 hours to fill the hole. It is sad to see it go - I know I am sore as hecky - it's been a while since I did that much labor work :) But dad and Tom (next door neighbor) sat in their chairs under the chair and made sure we did it right and they let us know if we didn't :)......
Dad had a good day today. Hospice came in and changed his bag - he said his pain was less and that he was eating good. He did have some visitors today, he said not many but a few. Our Relay for Life is this weekend, I will be putting a schedule together and posting it on the blog by Thursday. It looks like it is going to be a beautiful weekend for it, thank goodness. I couldn't imagine standing and walking around in 90+ degree weather or rain. How stinky that would be.
I added some pictures to the slideshow of Notre Dame. Just some group shots, I have one more camera to get pictures from so I may add more.
Thanking God for another day with my family and with my dad!
Much love to all,
