I just wanted you to know that Saturday was my first UK basketball game! Mike, me, Pat, Lisa, Eric & Tara all went. I really enjoyed it even if it was a blow out! Makes for a nicer ride home.
Thanks for posting about my niece Colleen. I found out last Thursday that she is a stage four since they found that the spots on her sternum & spine are cancer. So please continue the prayers since she has a very long road ahead of her. She starts chemo this Friday the first of eight treatments then surgery then radiation and reconstruction. All prayer are appreciated. Love & Hugs

When I hear this it makes me wonder why bad things happen to such young people. It is sad and it breaks my heart - guess we can never really truly understand the "why" of things but just to continue our prayers to God and know and have complete faith that he is with her as she begins this long hard journey.
Can I just say I HATE that C word - HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT
Miss and love you dad ~ so much.
Much love to all,
Michele, I hate, hate, hate the "c" word also! I'm like you, I don't understand why bad things (cancer) happens to young people. Not to say that it should only happen to older folks but I can only hope and pray that God has a better insight to this and has a better plan for Colleen. Something good HAS to come out of this for her to have to go through all of this. I'm angry and upset about this so I'm rambling. Thanks for listening.
